So, i’ve been abcent here for a while now…

… And i’m really sorry for that. I had tons of other stuff to think about and to be honest, the whole healthy lifestyle that i tried to have just.. failed because i haven’t worked out properly in like… two or three weeks and i haven’t eaten as healthy as i should’ve. I’ve eaten candy and chips and stuff this whole weekend and i’m just so disgusted by my self. I REALLY REALLY want to be healthy and loose some weight but i just keep fucking up and i don’t know why, like… what am i doing wrong? But now i have decided that i can’t keep fucking up! I’m gonna walk to or from school everyday, and that takes about 40 minutes so then i’ll get a 40 minute walk everyday until graduation. And i decided that i’ll focus on cardio first to loose weight and after i’ve lost some weight i’ll be going to the gym again to do strenght and weight training. I have some candy left that i bought yesterday but you know what, i’m gonna throw it away now because it’s not worth it to eat. From now on i will strive towards a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body! I want to be close to my UGW in the end of august when i’m going to Turkey, and i will be because i’ve decided so! No more eating crap, no more lazyness and no more negative thoughts! I will make it!
